"Unleash" Ad Campaign 
The Fort Worth ISD funded a staff recruitment campaign for 2022-2023, and J.O. was enlisted for its help in developing and delivering breakthrough, difference-making messaging to appeal to target teachers and auxiliary staff. After a thorough discovery process and development of a comprehensive marketing and communications plan, creative development was begun.
Advertising began November 1st. Outdoor will had a monthly reach of 6,120,438. CTV delivered 718,902 impressions.
Digital conversions are being tracked as people clicking into applications for specific roles. In just the first weeks of the campaign, we have delivered 669,630 digital impressions, driven 1,542 clicks and 290 applications/conversions for a cost of only $6,218.00.

A concept for a FWISD ad campaign provided by staff that went unused 
These flyers were sent out to admin staff to be handed out at the front desks of several FWISD schools for the purpose of recruiting new hires. Around 90 hires happened with these in the span of 2 weeks.
